Our Commitment

At Ultra Padel Club Miami, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible — so you can get back on the court.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days(Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Ultra Padel Club Miami is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at shop@ultraclub.me within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ultra Padel Club Miami is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shop@ultraclub.me — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
